  1. Refused Orders or Incorrect addresses
    Orders that are refused and shipped back to us or orders that are shipped with an incomplete/missing address will be subject to a $15.00 reshipping/restocking fee.  This fee is to cover the shipping back to the Weyco Group.

  2. What if I live in Canada and want to place an order?
    We can now ship orders to Canada.
    To place an order or ask any questions, please call our toll free customer care center at 866-454-0449.  Regular business hours 9:00 to 4:00 central standard time.  


  3. What if I live outside of the US and want to place an order?
    Unfortunately, we cannot ship Internationally from our website.  We can only ship within the United States and we can only accept US-issued credit cards.  For International inquiries/orders, please email international@florsheim.com  ...
